UDPATE: All COVID restrictions for in person showings are lifted!
We are free to show homes to clients without masks. However, if our clients prefer, we are more than happy to wear masks while on appointments.
Listings clients: While clients are not required to wear masks when viewing homes per the new guidelines, Sellers do have the option to REQUIRE masks be warn in their homes. We will ask clients what they prefer when listing their home and make certain their requests are in the listing for all brokers to follow.
